STAGES OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

APLICATION SCREENING

The first step of the process is the screening of Your CV and cover letter in reference with the requirements for that particular position.

MEETING WITH AN HR ASSOCIATE

During this stage, you will be asked multiple questions about your professional career, motivation and career aspirations for the future. We would like to know about your skills and competencies; we would also need to verify your knowledge of English. This is why part of the interview will be held in this language. The aim of the meeting is the exchange of information. This is when you will have the chance to ask about our offer and the working environment at Avon.

MEETING WITH A DEPARTMENT MANAGER

During this meeting, you will meet your potential supervisor. It will also be the time to find out more about the position you applied for. We will also verify whether your technical knowledge and professional experience is sufficient.

RECRUITMENT DECISION

Meeting with a Manager is usually the last stage of the recruitment process. Decision about admittance is taken after thorough analysis of the entire recruitment process.
